Our Process
This simple 6 stage process is what we follow for full van conversions.
1. Discovery & Planning
Begin by booking a free discovery call to discuss your project details and desired van features. During this call, we will let you know when we can start your project. If there is a waitlist, a refundable $1,500 deposit secures your spot on the schedule.
After the discovery phone call, our team will split the build into two groups: Standard Parts and Custom Work
2. Standard vs Custom
For Standard Parts, we will prepare an order through our online store and share the cart with you to review. This lets us allocate parts to your build and keep things streamlined. When you're ready, you can simply check out! To ensure a product is right for you, click on its page to see pictures and details.
Anything outside these Standard Parts and all associated labor costs will be considered Custom Work and is quoted separately. We aim to get these quotes back within one week.
3. Contract & Deposit
When we are approximately 4-weeks from the proposed start date, we will contact you to finalize your choices and send you a digital build contract to e-sign. Upon signing, we ask that you complete the checkout process on the Standard Parts order.
We ask for a 50% down payment on any Custom Work, allowing us to proceed with sourcing and manufacturing custom/one-off parts for your build. Remainder due at time of pick-up.
4. Manufacture
Once we receive both the completed order for the Standard Parts, and the 50% down payment for any Custom Work, we begin sourcing products, manufacturing custom components—CNC machining cabinet modules and stocking our shelves with all of the specific parts for your project.
This process can take up to 4-weeks.
5. Build
Once we have everything on hand for your build, we schedule a drop-off day and you bring your van to us, then we get straight to work!
We don't guarantee a final delivery date until we are two weeks out from finishing. This allows us the time to ensure your van meets our high standards.
Most full conversions average 4-10 weeks to complete.
6. Hand Over
The day you've been waiting for—hand over day! Come down to the workshop and meet the team that converted your van.
Participate in a full walkthrough of the systems, giving you a chance to really learn how to use your new rig, ask any questions, and buy any last minute accessories before hitting the road.
