Order Processing and Fulfillment

At Converted Van Co., we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day. Our unique fulfillment process involves collaborating closely with our suppliers to ensure your order is shipped directly to you. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Stock Availability: Many items listed on our website are not stocked at our Orem location. These items are fulfilled by our suppliers.
  • Order Placement: If an item is not in our stock, your order is automatically placed with our suppliers on your behalf.
  • Supplier Processing: Our suppliers handle the processing and shipment of orders in their own timeframe. Once they ship your order, we will receive tracking information.
  • Tracking Information: We will provide tracking information to you as soon as it is available from our suppliers.
  • Supplier Stock: We are not responsible for any delays or issues due to our suppliers being out of stock.

Made to Order Items

For made-to-order (MTO) items, we offer a personalized experience to ensure you receive a customized product tailored to your needs:

  • Customization: MTO items are crafted according to your specifications, providing you with a truly unique product.
  • Build Process Updates: Throughout the build process, we will keep you informed about the status of your MTO item. You will receive updates at every stage, allowing you to track its progress.
  • Production Time: We aim to have MTO items made and shipped within 3 weeks. However, please note that this timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the item and current demand.

Direct Fulfillment from Orem Warehouse

For items that we do stock at our Orem warehouse, the process is as follows:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Stock Management: We ensure that items in our Orem warehouse are available for prompt shipment.

General Information

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock with our suppliers, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a refund if necessary.
