Our build process.
Design & Price
To start the process, you can design and price your dream van using our 3D Van Builder. Once we recieve your design, we will contact you to propose a build start date. If there is a waitlist, we take a refundable hold deposit ($1,500) to secure your spot on the build schudule.
Contract & Deposit
When we are ~4 weeks from build start day, we contact you to confirm your choices and send you a digitial contract to e-sign. Upon signing, we ask for a 50% down payment. This allows us to go ahead with sourcing and manufacturing parts for your build.
Manufacture
Once we recieve the 50% down payment we begin sourcing and manufacturing your components - CNC machining your cabinet modules, and stocking our shelves with all of the specific parts you chose.
Build
Once our shelves are stocked with everything we need for your build, you bring your van to us and we get straight to work! We never guarentee a final delivery date until we are 2 weeks out from finishing, this allows us the time to make sure your van meets our high standards, however most builds average 4-6 weeks to complete.
Delivery
The day you've been waiting for! Delivery day. Come down to the workshop and meet the team that converted your van and take part in a full walkthrough of the systems. This is a chance to really learn how to use your van, ask any questions and buy any accessories before hitting the road.
